We manufacture the majority of our equipment with magnetostrictive transducers which are silver-brazed directly to the reaction chamber surface. This acoustically perfect bond ensures many years of reliable performance and production service.
We have a selection of standard products with various sized reactors and acoustic power. Our product groups include ultrasonic equipment for laboratory research to high volume production systems. Each group has been refined to optimize material flow and processing conditions for the task at hand. We also offer the ability to engineer and manufacture Customized Reactors to any power level and size required.

The 1.2 kW Mini Dual-Frequency Reaction Cell, M/N:
DRC-4-DPP is shown on the left. The DRC's parallel diaphragm
plate
configuration is identical to the larger DFR Reactors, where we focus the
ultrasonic energy into the process solution.
These systems are very scaleable for industrial size applications. The
center picture is the outside of the Sound Abatement
Enclosure with generators, and on the right is the Reaction Cell mounted in a
Sound Abatement Enclosure.
